Have you ever think about the reason of your happiness and sadness.If not think now,it is up to you,no one can make you happy or sad.Most of the times we make ourselves sad about relationships,mostly girls.If anyone abuse you like calling you potty(short boy),laddu so on, then you feel badly and keep on thinking.And if your closest friend scold you without any reason,and you had a fight between you and your friend,you think about it where ever you go and what ever you do and you will go into depression.now tell who made you sad,neither the friend who abuse you,because if you are short and if you accept that and leave(self acceptance),nor the friend who scolded you,if you forget those words and forgive he/she you can be happy.
So to be happy learn two things 1.self acceptance
2.forgiveness.
